About the project

Torre Norte is a commercial building developed by Paladin in partnership with Artha Capital. It is a triple A corporate building with 10 floors of 1800m² each, plus retail space, totaling almost 25,000m² of gross leasable area located in Mexico City. The development Leed Gold certificated.
