Ricardo Raoul
Managing Director and Head Brazil

Ricardo Raoul is Managing Director and Head of Brazil.

Ricardo has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment. Ricardo was a partner at Muriqui Investimentos, a growth equity venture capital real estate investment firm. There, he worked alongside Paladin in a successful joint venture for commercial project development. Previously, he was Managing Partner at Semco Ventures, a company focused on venture capital and growth equity segments. He was also Vice President of Business Development at Cushman & Wakefield, helping to establish and grow the firm’s operations in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.

Ricardo holds a BA in Engineering from Mackenzie University and an MSc in Business Administration from Stanford University. He also has a background in Business Administration from FGV (CEAG) and Harvard Business School (PMD).

Fernanda Rosalem
Partner and Head of Investments

Fernanda Rosalem is Partner and Head of Investments at Paladin.

She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and private equity markets. Before joining Paladin, Fernanda was Director of the real estate area at Patria Investimentos, responsible for the real estate investment funds managed by the company, including structuring, investment origination, asset allocation and relationship with institutional investors. Previously, she was a partner at RBR Asset Management, where she managed the income fund focused on corporate and logistics assets, and was a member of the Investment Committee of the other funds managed by the company. Previously, she was Director of the Capital Markets area at Cushman & Wakefield in Brazil.

Fernanda holds a BA in Business Administration from FGV and an MBA focused on finance and strategy from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Andy Gruber
Partner and Head of Projects and Construction

Andy Gruber is Partner and Head of Projects and Construction in Brazil.

Andy has over three decades of experience, having lived and worked in Brazil and the USA, and participated in projects in France and Luxembourg. Andy has worked with Arquitectonica (USA), Servlease Group (Brazil and USA), Tishman Speyer Properties (Brazil and USA) and VR Group (Brazil). Among the projects he has participated in developing are the Banque de Luxembourg Headquarters (G.D Luxembourg), World Trade Center São Paulo, Torre Norte (CENU), Rochavera Plaza and, most recently, the Faria Lima Plaza.

Andy has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Mackenzie University and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Brazil).

Ricardo Rinaldi
Partner and Head of New Business

Ricardo Rinaldi is Partners and Head of New Business at Paladin.

Mr. Rinaldi has been working directly in the real estate market for more than a decade. Before joining Paladin, Mr. Rinaldi acted as new business development at GoodStorage, São Paulo’s leading company in the Self-Storage sector, where he served as head of acquisitions. Before that, Mr. Rinaldi worked in Camargo Correa (CCDI) and Cyrela, both major real estate developers in Brazil, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting and managing new investments in the residential and commercial markets.

A native of Brazil, Mr. Rinaldi holds a BSc degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Viçosa – MG and a post-graduation degree in Real Estate from Fundação Instituto de Administração – FIA.

Eduardo Netto
Partner and Investment Manager

Partner and Investment Manager

Eduardo Netto is a Partner and Investment Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Prior to joining Paladin, Eduardo worked for Carrefour Property, the real estate arm of Brazil’s largest retail company with a portfolio worth R$20 billion, where he was responsible for structuring and executing real estate projects in the residential and commercial segments. Eduardo also worked for Tishman Speyer, where he worked on acquisitions, development, asset and portfolio management of office and residential projects. Prior to his real estate career, Eduardo worked on finance, planning and cost management of infrastructure and construction projects totaling R$2 billion.

A native of Brazil, Eduardo has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ.

Danilo Coenca
Partner and Manager of Compliance, Risks and Controls

Danilo Coenca is Partner and Manager of Compliance, Risks and Controls at Paladin.

Before joining Paladin, Mr. Coenca worked at CPFL Renewable Energy, where he acquired more than 15 years in administrative and financial functions. Prior to that he also worked at Highline Telecom one of the largest technology solution developers in Brazil.

Mr. Coenca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a post-graduate degree from FECAP (Fundação Escola Alvares Penteado).

Rogério Santos
Manager Design & Construction - MEP

Rogerio Santos is Manager Design & Construction – MEP, at Paladin based in São Paulo, Brazil

More than 33 years of carreer developed in various areas of engineering (projects – installations and automation/BMS and works) and operation (technical management) facilities of real estate projects: logistics centers, shopping centers, AAA corporate buildings, retail, hotels and laboratories /health.

Previously he worked at Hines, Iguatemi, Staefa Control Systems, SBF Group (Centauro) and as a postgraduate professor at FEI/SP

Rogério has a degree in Electrical Engineering from FEI (Inaciana Educational Foundation) with a specialization in Building Management Services/Automation from UniRadial,  Electronic Technologist from Mackenzie University, as well as a postgraduate degree in Maintenance Management from FEI (Inaciana Educational Foundation).

Bruno Verderame
Investment Analyst

Bruno Verderame is an Investment Analyst at Paladin.

He worked at Mérito Investimentos, where he was responsible for structuring and developing new residential projects in the Minha Casa Minha Vida segment. He began his career at Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo where he participated in the development of residential and mixed-use projects, mainly focused on the mid- and high-end market.

He also worked at the Sorocaba regional office of Vitta and Bild, companies focused on the development of residential projects in the MCMV and high-standard segment.

Bruno has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Federal de São Paulo and a post-graduate degree from Centro Universitário Belas Artes.

João Machado
New Business Analyst

João Machado is a New Business Analyst at Paladin.

João is a dedicated professional with a passion for finding opportunities in the real estate sector. Before joining the Paladin team, he began his professional career at the real estate developer Telar DI, where he was part of the new business and project development team, actively participating in the acquisition of multiple areas for the realization of low and medium standard developments in the city of São Paulo.

João holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the FEI University Center.

Marcos Silva
Financial Administrative Analyst

Marcos Silva is responsible for Financial Planning, Treasury and Administrative Controls at Paladin.

Before joining Paladin, Mr. Silva worked at Edenred, where he acquired more than 05 years in the Financial Planning and Administrative functions and in the development of Fleet control and client mobility. Before that he also worked at Cyrela Brazil Realty one of the biggest incorporations in Brazil acting in controlling and treasury performing administrative functions for 12 years.

Mr. Silva has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Technologist in Logistics from Universidade Nove de Julho – Uninove.

Fabiana Lima
Financial and Administrative Assistant

Fabiana Lima is Financial and Administrative Assistant at Paladin.

Before joining Paladin in 2011, Ms. Lima worked at Kyocera Mita Brazil, where she gained 04 years of experience in the marketing department. Prior to that she also worked at Alfa Laval Ltda for 06 years in administrative roles with the sales team.

Fabiana is graduated in Business Administration at FEI.

David Oliveira
Operations Analyst

David Oliveira is a Operations Analyst at Paladin.

He began his career at Alpargatas, a leading footwear company, assisting in the analysis of economic data and market trends, providing strategic insights to drive growth. In search of new challenges, he joined Ernst & Young, where he worked in financial consulting and auditing projects, optimizing processes and efficiency for several organizations.

Currently, as Financial and Administrative Assistant, he is responsible for administrative and financial control and management, using his expertise in interpreting indicators and risk analysis to help the company achieve its financial goals.

David has a degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a post-graduate degree in executive management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), enhancing his skills in finance, management, and leadership.

Fernando Souza
Senior Advisor

Fernando Souza serves as a Senior Advisor at Paladin Realty Partners.

Fernando has more than 17 years of experience leading investments and managing Real Estate projects in Brazil, with proven ability to evaluate and execute multi segment opportunities such as residential, office, hospitality, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. Notable assignments include fund raising, investor relations, cash flow management, business plan, valuation, due diligence, debt renegotiation, turnaround, corporate restructuring, performance & strategic improvement in addition to a solid background in legal matters.

Fernando holds a position of Partner at Alaska Boutique Advisory and REVE DSG, a Real Estate development company focused on high end products. He also serves as a Staff Consultant at IFC – International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group.

A native of Brazil, Fernando graduated from Mackenzie University in São Paulo with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He holds a Master’s in business administration (CEAG) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and a Professional Certification for Real Estate, Finance & Development from MIT.

Valter Rabotzke
Senior Advisor

Valter Rabotzke serves as Senior Advisor to Paladin Realty’s local team in Sao Paulo.

Prior to joining Paladin, Mr. Rabotzke worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he gained more than 10 years of audit and consulting experience on clients in the financial services, manufacturing and real estate industries. He also worked as Senior Internal Auditor at Itaú Bank, the largest private bank in Brazil.

Mr. Rabotzke graduated from FEI with a Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering.
