Pioneer in the allocation of resources from international institutional investors, in the development of real estate projects in Brazil and Latin America, Paladin is completing 30 years of pioneering and excellence in investment management.

Headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in several Latin American countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Peru, the company has highly skilled and experienced local teams in each of these markets. The diversified portfolio is composed of various segments such as offices, housing for sale, multifamily, logistics, student housing, senior housing, and hotels.

We are present in markets such as Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and the United States. In total, Paladin Realty has invested more than US$ 7 billion, in 220 projects located in 8 countries. Over the past two decades, Paladin Realty has led the implementation of environmental, social and governance (ESG) best practices across all of its investment platforms.

Paladin Realty was created from the union of professionals with solid experience in the real estate market. It is a fully independent asset manager focused on providing specialized wealth management services to institutional investors, Family Offices and individual investors.
The company is a Registered Investment Manager with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
