Malecon

About the project

Developed in partnership with Tucan Inversiones, a Peruvian developer with differentiated luxury projects in architecture and design, the AZUL – Malecon project is a building with apartments measuring 181m² with 2 bedrooms, 225m² with 3 bedrooms and 305m² with 4 bedrooms. The building has a relaxation area consisting of a terrace with an excellent view of the sea. It is also located next to a children’s playground, providing well-being and security.
